GELBVIEH SINCE '71
One of the oldest Gelbvieh purebred operations in the country, Elk Creek Gelbvieh produces profitable genetics for commercial and purebred producers. Our program produces increased performance weight and females that excel in production abilities. Our herd consists of all black cows and calf crops that are all black and 97% polled. The bulls used at Elk Creek include calving ease, performance and high maternal sires.
